SEMICON India 2026 Concludes with a Semiconductor Supercharge: India Takes Centre Stage in the Global Chip Ecosystem
Bhubaneswar, September 21, 2026: SEMICON India 2026 concluded on a spectacular high, showcasing India’s growing role in the global semiconductor ecosystem. Over three days at Yashobhoomi, the event recorded 51,656 registrations, around 40,000 cumulative visitors, 600+ exhibitors, around 300 international companies, participation from 52 countries and 56 MoUs/ announcements, more than 5000 Biz to Biz discussions with 7 Bn$ Investment commitments , Product Launches and strategic initiatives.
For SEMI India and IESA, the success of SEMICON India 2026 represents much more than an exhibition or conference. It reflects the convergence of the global semi conductor industry with India’s rapidly expanding capabilities across entire value chain.

The Leadership Forum, moderated by Shri Amitesh Kumar Sinha, CEO, India Semiconductor Mission and Additional Secretary, MeitY, emphasised a coordinated “Silicon to Systems” approach linking semiconductor design and manufacturing with materials, equipment, packaging and electronics systems.
