A grand procession of BJD MP candidate Anshuman and MLA candidate Ganeshwar in zone number 6
Kendrapara : In zone 6 of Kendrapada district council, under the leadership of district council member Nirmala Mohanty, Biju Janata Party MP candidate Anshuman Mohanty and assembly candidate Ganeshwar Behera campaigned for their votes in a huge procession today. At around 10 am, the grand procession started from Chatipol of Gulnagar panchayat and passed through Garapur of Kapaleshwar panchayat through Old Bus Stand, Gop, Dutial, Shamsunderpur, Bharatpur, Mehendipur, Narilo, Chakroda, Jamdhar, Kasoti, Badgaon, Sangaon and Banhara and reached Ballia of Bhagatpur panchayat at 2 pm. As the procession passed through various panchayats and villages, people in each village greeted the candidates by offering fultoda, fulhar, utriya and ful chandan. The candidates joined the voters at various points of the procession and voted in large numbers in the conch sign and appealed to Odisha’s popular Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to make him the Chief Minister of the state for the sixth time. In order to continue the development trend of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, it was requested on this occasion to win Kendrapara MP candidate Anshuman Mohanty and MLA candidate Ganeshwar Behera by voting together. In this procession, senior BJD leader of district council zone number 6 Pradeept Mohanty, former member Shivprasad Biswal, BJD block president Aloy Sahu, block president Rashmita Sethi, vice president Pratap Narayan Mahapatra, Gulnagar Panchayat former Sarpanch Lopamudra Barik and Peethavas Behera, Gulnagar Panchayat Biju Janata Dal president Sushant.
