BE Position Report Assessment Conducted at NTPC Darlipali
prabaha news : A BE Position Report assessment for the financial year 2024–25 was conducted at NTPC Darlipali from 06th to 09th January, 2026. This was fist time position report at Darlipali station. The assessment was carried out by a six-member team comprising one Quality Champion, one Senior Assessor, and four members from other NTPC stations.
The main objective of the assessment was to evaluate and provide an overall rating of the NTPC Darlipali station. During the four-day exercise, the team covered all departments and reviewed the functioning of various welfare bodies.
Interactions were held with statutory and employee representative bodies including the ALC, unions, and associations. The team also assessed activities in the surrounding areas and held meetings with female employees, young executives, and other stakeholders.
As part of the review, the team observed several Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of NTPC Darlipali, especially in the education sector. Visits were made to educational institutions and a polytechnic funded by NTPC Darlipali. The team also visited the Belsara Old-Age Ashram to assess community welfare initiatives.
In addition, meetings were conducted with contractor workers, project-affected persons (PAPs), contractors, vendors, and members of the Abhilasha Ladies Club. These interactions helped the team gain insights into stakeholder engagement and welfare practices at the station.
The BE Position Report assessment marked a significant milestone for NTPC Darlipali, highlighting its commitment to comprehensive evaluation, inclusive growth, and continuous improvement.
