RED (ER-II) visit NTPC Darlipali
Sundargarh : Shri Arindam Sinha, Regional Executive Director (ER-II) visited NTPC Darlipali from 27.08.2024 to 28.08.2024 to review progress work of the project and visited various sites like Ash Dyke, Dry Fly Ash Silo, CCR, and main plant and assessed the ongoing activities at darlipali.
Shri H N Chakraborty, Hop (Darlipali), Shri Ram Bhajan Malik, HOP designate, Shri Hare Ram, GM (O&M), and Site engineers were present to brief about the progress report. During the visit, Shri Hare Ram Singh (GM) was also briefed about ongoing construction work.
Shri Arindam Sinha also conducted a review meeting with all heads of departments (HODs), congratulating NTPC Darlipali for setting new benchmarks in power generation and commendable safety practices. He encouraged the team to continue their exemplary work and assured them of full support from the regional office in all areas of operation and maintenance. He praised the leadership of Shri H. N. Chakraborty, HoPDarlipali, acknowledging the significant progress under his guidance.
In the evening, a cultural program was organized wherein children and family members showcased their talents. Also, there was singing performances by employees with a live band. Addressing the employees, Shri Sinha congratulated NTPC-Darlipali for the station’s vibrant culture. Shri Sinha also inaugurate Utkarsh Bhawan in Township. of the Mrs. Rupali Sinha, President Vasudha Mahila Mandal (ER-II), along with members of the Abhilasha Ladies Club, distributed stationery kits to Kheradega Project Primary School. Utensils (kitchen equipment) were also distributed to Kheradega Anganwadi children. The visit concluded with tree plantation.
