Bhubaneswar, March 25, 2026: TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, will organise a Consumer Grievance Redressal Camp on March 30 and 31, 2026, across its operational areas, offering consumers a convenient platform to resolve long-pending electricity-related issues.

The initiative aims to facilitate swift and amicable settlement of cases related to unauthorised electricity usage and power theft through a transparent, single-window mechanism.

Notably, during the Lok Adalat held on March 14, 2026, TPCODL successfully resolved over 6,600 cases on the spot, enabling consumers to settle enforcement-related matters through a simplified and hassle-free process, underscoring the effectiveness of the platform in addressing grievances at scale.

Building on this success, TPCODL has urged consumers with pending enforcement cases to participate in the upcoming Grievance Redressal camp and take advantage of on-the-spot settlements, helping them avoid legal complications while regularising their electricity usage.

The camp will be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at all Division, Sub-Division and Section Offices, with dedicated teams of enforcement officials, legal experts and support staff assisting consumers throughout the process.

Consumers can obtain details regarding eligibility, required documents and settlement procedures at all TPCODL offices and customer care centres.

TPCODL has appealed to all consumers with pending cases to attend the Consumer Grievance Redressal Camp on March 30 and 31, 2026 and make use of the hassle-free, single-window settlement process.
