Congress is making fake videos viral due to fear: Shah

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday said that the BJP supports reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other backward classes. He blamed the Congress behind one of his fake videos going viral and said that the BJP would be a protector of protection.
“Congress is spreading misinformation that after crossing 400 seats, BJP will end reservation. This claim is completely baseless. I want to make it clear that BJP supports and will always support reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes. “BJP is a protector of reservations,” Shah said at a press conference in Guwahati.
For your information, recently an edited video of the Home Minister was widely shared on social media. In which he was shown calling for an end to reservations for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes. The video was shared on the social media handles of several Congress officials and claimed that the BJP was preparing to undermine the reservation.
“Their tired Congress frustration has reached such a level that they are going viral with fake videos of me and other BJP leaders. Chief Ministers, state presidents and other big leaders have also sent these fake videos. This shows their frustration,” said Shah.
