CSR ACTIVITY ON RATH YATRA BY SBI AND SBI LADIES’ CLUB
As a part of Corporate Social Responsibility during Rath Yatra festival in Puri, State Bank of India Bhubaneswar Circle has donated 100 umbrellas , 500 rain coats, 10000 water bottles, 10000 juice bottles and 100 road barricades to Police Adminitsration for smooth functioning and crowd management . In Puri, donation was given in auspicious hands of All India Chief of SBI Ladies Club Mrs Anita Khara in presence of senior officials from SBI including CGM Shri Chander Shekhar Sharma.
Also on 21st June , SBI Ladies Club Chairman Mrs Anita Khara donated 2 water coolers and grocies for 2 months to ‘Sahaya’, a NGO working for destitute in presence of senior Ladies’ Club members from Mumbai Smt Poonam Tewari, Smt Meera Swaminathan and Smt Sridevi Surya. Members of SBI Ladies Club including Odisha State Chief Smt Geetu Shekhar Sharma and other officials from SBI also were present in the event.
