NTPC Darlipali Organizes Peaceful Candle March in Solidarity with Kolkata Rape and Murder Victim
Sundargarh, Expressing solidarity with the Kolkata rape and murder victim, the NTPC Darlipali Employee welfare Association (DEWA) on Monday organized a peaceful candle march under the banner of “Stop Crime Against Women”. The candle march organised in NTPC Darlipali township. More than 100 NTPC Darlipali Employee, Niramaya Hospital Doctors and BBPS school Teachers and students demanded justice for the victim.
HOP NTPC DarlipaliSh Harsh Nath Chakarawati said “We condemn what happened with the trainee doctor in Kolkata This should stop. Doctor gives us life. Nobody should have taken a doctor life like that”.
CMO of Niramaya Hospital, Aprijita Mishra strongly condemned the heinous crime committed on a junior doctor at RG Kar hospital at Kolkata. She also called for justice for the victim and demanded for stricter laws to deal with crimes against the medical fraternity.
Head of HR Smt. Pratibha Singh, also expressed solidarity with the victims and demanded capital punishment for the offenders involved in the crime.
