OBSERVATION OF 74TH REPUBLIC DAY BY KHURDA ROAD DIVISION
Khurda road division observed the 74th Republic Day at Railway Stadium. Shri Rinkesh Roy, Divisional Railway Manager, Khurda Road, unfurled the National Flag and took Guard of honor from the platoons of Rail Protection Force, Civil defence, Scouts-Guides and Railway school children.
Shri Rinkesh Roy congratulated the division on the occasion of 74th Republic day and paid tribute to the great leaders who framed our constitution. He appraised the achievements of the division during the year. Due to the sincere efforts and hard work of the officers and staff, the Khurda Road division could able to keep its frame at high in the Indian Railways, he added. He requested all the staff to work with same dedication and co-operation to achieve the all round targets of Khurda Road division.
Observing the occasion, a colourful cultural programme was conducted by the children of Utkal Public school, Scouts-Guides and by the staff. Divisional Railway Manager, Khurda Road, declared Cash awards to the teams participated in the Parade and Cultural programmes. All the departments of Khurda Road division were also awarded with cash prizes.
Smt Subhalaxmi Jena, President of East Coast Railway Women’s welfare Organization, Khurda Road, Shri Ashok Kumar (ADRM/Infra), all the branch officers and members of ECORWWO were present during the occasion.
