Khordha: 17/11 (Prabah News) The police recovered the charred body of an unknown youth from a mango grove near Gudum village under Khurda Sadar police station.
According to information, last Wednesday afternoon, some local people found liquor bottles, foil paper used for smoking brown cigarettes and broken parts of a bike in several places in a mango grove called Bengitangi Lenkatota under Durgapur Panchayat under Khurda Sadar police station and covered with soil at one place. was able to see Suspecting that some unpleasant situation had happened, he went to collect the soil and found a human palm coming out where the soil had been dumped and immediately informed to the police.
After the police came know about the incident, the police officer reached the spot and took the place under his custody and sealed the place where the soil had been covered and kept guard all night.
However, on Thursday morning, all the high authorities and scientific team of the district police along with Khurda Tehsildar as magistrate reached the spot and found the dead body of a young man in the hole. The police team continues to investigate how the young man was killed and how the young man was buried in such a big hole, and with the help of local people, the body of the young man was recovered from the four feet deep hole. After the murder, the police suspected that it was a well-planned murder by a professional killer and it was found that a large amount of granular fertilizer, salt, kerosene and calcium powder were used to destroy the dead body. The district superintendent of police Mr. Siddharth Kataria has informed to media that four teams have been formed to arrest the killer.
