TPSODL’s ‘Sampark Kendras’ to provide a one-stop solution for electricity related issues

Berhampur, December 2022: TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL), is planning to convert all its Rural Fuse Call Centres into Sampark Kendras’ to provide a one-stop solution for all electricity supply-related issues in rural areas. This activity has been successfully conducted in Behrampur Electrical Division II and III and in Hinjlicut division. TPSODL intends to convert all rural FCCs into Sampark Kendras.
The Sampark Kendras will act as a game changer for Rural Service delivery since they will become an effective touch point for solving all problems pertaining to electricity supply. Customers can visit the Sampark Kendras for issues related to bill payment, resolution of disputed bills, updation of contact numbers, and email addresses, information on new connections, spot collection of arrears, regularisation of unmetered connections, theft/ harassment reporting, registration of commercial complaints and other electricity-related issues.
