Bhubaneswar: With continuous decline in daily COVID-19 cases in Odisha, the State reported below 100 new infections in past 24 hours.
As many as 83 persons tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, of which 22 belong to 0-18 age group, 49 were from different quarantine centres and 34 were the local contacts, informed the State Information & Public Relation (I&PR) Department today.
While the highest of 12 was reported from Sambalpur district, Sundargarh district logged 10 new COVID cases in a single day. The daily cases stood below 10 in other districts including Khordha.
the total number of COVID-19 cases reached 12,86,540, of which only 977 are active.
